Relax ,, give yourself a break
from fussing, rushing, doing, hoping, pretending
give your-self a break - from the noise, alarms, 'news', devices, agendas, plans
wake up into this new day quietly, acknowledge and
take the opportunity offered to start afresh and refreshed
get up 15 minutes earlier - sit in a quieter space before even considering the 'overwhelming' habits ..
go to bed 15 minutes earlier if assists
make this a practice .. it always helps - even in small ways
